Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Lane 201 finds, but if a piece isn't quite right, we accept returns for store credit within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a return.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid return shipping label, which will be deducted from your final store credit amount.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your unworn, unwashed items with original tags in the original packaging or a sturdy mailer and attach the return label.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue your store credit via an e-gift card sent to your email address.
